Referral Programme Terms

These terms govern the MyVidLog referral programme, operated by MyVidLog, part of DTE Media. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. The reward

For each eligible new paying customer you refer, you can earn a one-time £5 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*. The gift card is redeemable on Amazon.co.uk only and is not redeemable globally. There is no cash alternative and rewards cannot be exchanged or transferred.

2. How a referral qualifies

  • The person must sign up using your personal referral link and be a new MyVidLog customer.
  • They must pay for three qualifying monthly billing cycles. The initial paid month counts as the first cycle.
  • Lifetime plans and AppSumo purchases or redemptions are not eligible.
  • Each referred customer can earn a reward once only.

3. Hold period and delivery

After the third qualifying payment, the reward is held for 14 days to cover refunds and payment disputes. Once eligible, we deliver the gift card manually within 30 days to the email address on your MyVidLog account. Please keep that email address up to date.

4. Exclusions

  • Self-referrals, including referring your own additional accounts, are not eligible.
  • Referrals involving refunds, chargebacks or payment disputes are not eligible, and pending rewards will be cancelled.
  • Spam, misleading promotion, paid search bidding on our brand, fake accounts or any other abuse may lead to rewards being withheld and removal from the programme.

5. Promotional disclosure

When you share your link, you must clearly disclose that you may receive a reward if someone subscribes, for example by noting "referral link" or "I get a gift card if you subscribe". Follow the advertising rules that apply where you post, including ASA/CAP guidance in the UK.

6. Amazon

Amazon is not a sponsor of this programme and does not endorse MyVidLog. Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards are subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions.

7. Changes

We may change or end the programme at any time. Rewards already eligible at the time of a change will still be honoured. Questions: support@myvidlog.com.
